Kim Kardashian’s bridal workout and weight loss plan is keeping her from sleep! Today, Kim tweeted she was up at the crack of dawn on just four hours of sleep for her wedding workout. With less than a month left before the wedding, the commonly curvy Kim is cranking up her pre-wedding workout tactics to slip into her dream dress after losing 15 pounds - a skinny, size 2 Vera Wang.
FOUR HOURS OF SLEEP & FOUR-HOUR DAILY WORKOUTS
“Rise & grind! I'm actually shocked I got up at 6am to workout! I didn't fall asleep until 2am! #focused,” Kim tweetedearly Wednesday, en route to meet celebrity personal trainer Gunnar Peterson.
WEIGHT-LOSS WARRIOR KIM ENLISTS TWO CELEB TRAINERS
Peterson, celebrity trainer to sultry celeb bodies like Jennifer Lopez and Angelina Jolie, has been working with Kim since her May engagement to fiance and NBA pro Kris Humphries earlier this summer. In addition to Peterson’s assistance, Kardashian also enlisted the training support of controversial celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson, responsible for carving out the lean and muscle-bound bodies of Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow.
TWO-A-DAY BRIDAL WORKOUTS MADE MANDATORY
Kim’s wedding workout schedule consists of five-day-per-week sessions with one of her two workout accomplices and according to a report by Life&Style, Kim’s even squeezed in two-a-day workouts in order to squeeze into her dream dress.
WHAT IS KIM DOING FOR PRE-WEDDING WORKOUTS?
Kim’s bridal workout routines include 2-3 appointments with Peterson with a focus on bicep curls and lunges in order to target trouble spots for the originally size 6, 125-pound Kim. Alternating away from Peterson, Kim then works with Tracy on other days, focusing on building a “tight, dancer’s body” under Tracy’s “The Method” workout regime.
In addition to her training commitments to her trainers, Kim has also been increasing visits to Barry’s Bootcamp studio where she “powers through an hour of high-intensity interval training.”

As for pre-bridal eats, Kim’s wedding diet entails staying within the perimeters of a 1,200 calorie-a-day diet inspired by Tracy. The pre-wedding workout diet consists of “mostly green joices, broth-based soups and protein bars” and has been criticized by someas being too extreme and too low in calories to sustain high activity levels at a healthy pace.

But Kim’s “on a mission,” according to her Twitter and OK! magazine, claiming Kim will stop at nothing to lose weight before her wedding in early August. The Kardashian wedding, and Kim’s final physique end-result, will be filmed and televised for national audience-viewing pleasure and she’s determined to rock her wedding bod.
“I’m on a mission,” Kim tweeted two weeks ago. “Feels good to be focused and dedicated.”
