Since baby will make three, it's about time for Kanye West and Kim Kardashian to move in together.
And the parents-to-be have indeed found their new nest--a $10.75 million mansion located in Bel Air, Calif., according to the Daily News on Jan. 8.
The 10,000-square foot property is reportedly being gutted to make room for expansion: West and Kardashian have plans to turn it into over 14,000 feet of fun.
Plans include a gym, full hair and makeup salon, movie theater, bowling alley, basketball court and indoor and outdoor pool.
According to a Daily News source, the coupe is in the escrow stage of buying the Italian villa.
"It's so exciting for them," a source told People about the upcoming move. "The house is gorgeous. And they really wanted and needed the privacy."
TMZ reports that West, 35, and Kardashian 32, will be the newest neighbors of Jennifer Aniston, Chris Paul and "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis.
Their home is at the end of a dead-end street, however, which means that there will be plenty of privacy. According to Zillow, the home is situated on a large lot and has views of surrounding hills.
