New details are emerging today about Kanye West and Kim Kardsahian's TSA security breach at JFK airport. Wednesday's original reports pointed the finger at an airport employee who reportedly took the couple around a security checkpoint to catch the second leg of their flight. But today (Thursday) Perez Hilton claims Kim and Kanye were running so late they held up their flight for nearly an hour and bypassed security in an effort to board faster.
The new revelation seems to lean toward blaming Kimye for being extremely tardy and needing be rushed around security. The report claims "it only happened because they were running extremely LATE after arriving from Carnival celebrations in Rio De Janerio and were this close to missing their flight."
There's only one problem: the security breach happened at JFK and not in Rio. So does that mean Kim and Kanye's flight from Brazil got in late and they had trouble making their NYC-LA connection? Or was their Rio-NYC flight actually on time, but they actually caused themselves to be late for the LA-bound flight? Either way, Tuesday's TSA security breach at JFK continues to be investigated.
Meantime, the happy couple is now back in LA where filming on "Keeping Up With the Kardashians Season 8" started filming Wednesday.
