After a surprising announcement of new addition by boyfriend Kanye West last night in Atlantic City, Kim Kardashian took to her personal blog today ( Monday, December 31, 2012) to confirm the news and share her baby joy. In the blog post titled "New Year, New Beginnings," the mom-to-be shared her excitement but also expressed her and Kanye's wish to have his parents here to experience it as well.
It’s true!! Kanye and I are expecting a baby. We feel so blessed and lucky and wish that in addition to both of our families, his mom and my dad could be here to celebrate this special time with us. Looking forward to great new beginnings in 2013 and to starting a family. Happy New Year!!! Xo
The proud dad-to-be drop the baby bomb on stage during his performance at Revel Resorts asking the audience to "make some noise for his baby momma right quick." According to TMZ, Kim was unaware that Kanye was going to announce her pregnancy on stage. After the cat was let out of the bag, the Kardashian clan took to Twitter sharing their delight with matriarch and momager Kris Jenner tweeting, "Oh BABY BABY BABY!!" According to reports the reality starlet is currently 12 weeks along and the baby is due in Summer 2013.
