After wearing loose-fitting clothes and denying that she's with child in recent weeks, a rep for Kim Kardashian has confirmed that the reality-TV star is indeed pregnant.
According to a Dec. 31 report from RadarOnline, the 32-year-old Kardashian and her rapper boyfriend, 35, are looking forward to the birth of their first child together.
Currently 12 weeks along, Kardashian's pregancy was first confirmed by West during an Atlantic City concert and confirmed by Kardashian's camp on Sunday evening, Dec. 30, 2012.
Although Kardashian is not yet divorced from her last hubby Kris Humphries, both she and West discreetly put their respective homes on the market in mid-November, with plans to purchase a home together.
Now, with the baby-on-the-way news confirmed, it's clear the celebrity couple's ready to set up house -- and Kim likely is ready to put her 72-day union to Humphries behind her as quickly as possible. (Word has it Humphries and Kardashian have a February 2013 court date to try and finalize their divorce.)
West took Kardashian to Oklahoma over Thanksgiving to meet his family; thus, it's likely the pair shared their baby news with his kin at that time. As for Kim's family, the Kardashian sisters are clearly in the loop based on recent tweets.
Sister Khloe Kardashian-Odom, for instance, recently issued a tweet that read, " I'm excited for Kanye and my sister! There's nothing like bringing life into this world! Let's keep God's blessings coming!"
And eldest Kardashian sister and two-time mom Kourtney tweeted, “Been wanting to shout from the rooftops with joy and now I can! Another angel to welcome to our family. Overwhelmed with excitement!"
Although Kim and Kanye have been a couple for under a year, they seem ready and anxious to embark on parenthood together. And high-profile Kardashian clan matriarch Kris Jenner is clearly ready to be a grandmom once more.
Tweeted momager Kris late Sunday evening: "Im a happy girl !!!!!!!!! Wowza!" Followed by, "Oh BABY BABY BABY!! "
