Kim Kardashian looks amazing after her 50-pound weight loss, but is desperate to be a size zero before her wedding.
InTouch claims Kim has lost almost 70 pounds, while she insists she has lost 50 pounds since June 2013.
Kardashian, who credited the low-carb Atkins diet for her rapid weight loss, has reportedly begun eliminating all carbs from her diet and is working out up to three hours a day.
“She works out every day at 5 a.m.,” her longtime friend, Jonathan Cheban told InTouch.
Kim wants to be thinner than her pre-baby body and is willing to do anything to get there. She’s desperate to be a size-zero bride. She admitted she’s barely eaten a carb for nearly four months.”
Source say Kardashian is also obsessed with being featured in Vogue magazine for a wedding photo spread, and hopes getting super-skinny will make that dream a reality.
Kim shed 50 pounds less than six months after giving birth to daughter North (in June 2013) by following the low-carb Atkins diet and working out almost every day, combining cardio exercise with weight-training.
Kardashian's weight-loss plan was a low-carb, high-fat ketogenic diet known for producing rapid weight loss. Her diet consisted of 1,800 to 2,200 calories and limited daily carb intake to less than 60 net grams.
Kim is proud of the hard work she has put in, and slammed rumors that she got weight-loss surgery or Photoshopped her selfies to look slimmer.
"I work out so hard and this was such a challenge for me but I did it," she said. "I'm so proud of my accomplishment and no one will take this away from me with fake reports!"
