Reality star Kim Kardashian is easing up on dieting and exercise to enjoy the holidays. Kardashian reveals via Twitter that she recently regained 5 pounds.
OMG, I officially gained about 5 or 6 lbs, Kim tweeted Dec. 23. Back to heavy workouts! I was doing so good :(
Kardashian, 29, lost 19 pounds this summer, dropping from 128 lbs to 109 lbs., by working out 3-5 times a week and cutting back on junk food and sweets. 
Kim, who became an overnight celebrity in 2007 after her pornographic sex tape was leaked online, recently debuted a racy ad for Carl's Jr. fast-food chain.
You can eat fast food and still be healthy, Kardashian claims, as she swallows phallic-shaped salad pieces during the oversexed TV commercial.
The voluptuous Kim says she has tried every diet out there to slim down, but the key was portion control and daily exercise.
"I tried the Atkins Diet, the cabbage-soup diet, every ridiculous diet ever," she says. "I've lost a solid 10 pounds in a little more than a year. I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life."
Still Kardashian, who recently released a trio of workout DVDs called Fit in Your Jeans by Friday, insists true beauty comes from embracing your body shape--no matter what it is. "The most important thing is not to be shy — work with what you have," she says.
