Reality tv star Kim Kardashian is sick and tired of people saying she's a plastic surgery addict, and vehemently denies (again) that she has ever gotten a nose job or breast implants.
"I'm totally not against plastic surgery," Kardashian, 29, told Nightline May 24. "I've tried Botox before. That's the only thing that I've done."
I HAVE SAGGY BOOBS
She added: "I've never had my nose done [or my breasts]. Trust me. If I take this bra off, you will tell me I need to get them done [because my boobs are saggy]."
Kardashian, whose voluptuous bikini body has gotten her on the cover of countless magazines, is annoyed that people constantly gossip that her face and body are fake.
I WANTED A NOSE JOB
"My nose is my biggest insecurity," Kim confesses. "I always want to get my nose done...I went to the doctor, I had them take the pictures, he showed me what it would look like and it just didn't [look right]. I wouldn't look the same." 
However, Kim's sister Kourtney, 31, is open about having gotten breast implants as a teenager, and her mom Kris Jenner, 54, reportedly has had a face lift, some body work and gets regular Botox injections.
"I have had breast implants, admits Kourtney, who gave birth to son Mason five months ago. "It's so funny because it's not a secret, I couldn't care less."
SEX TAPE LAUNCHED EMPIRE
While Kim and her sisters have been criticized for being trashy, classless fame junkies, they've also managed to build a lucrative brand.
In addition to their hit reality shows Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Kourtney Khloe Take Miami, Kim has her own fitness DVD line, a fragrance and clothing line, and gets paid to endorse Quick Trim diet pills and Carl Jr's restaurant chain. She's also launching a skincare line soon.
"We have a really good time doing what we're doing," says Kim. "We love every project that we're into. We're just having a good time." 
Kim, who became an overnight celebrity in 2007 after her X-rated sex tape mysteriously surfaced online, insists her late dad, the attorney Robert Kardashian, would be pleased with her success.
"I just know he would be so proud of us," says Kim. "He would see that the whole entrepreneur side that he instilled in me. He would be so happy."
I POSED NUDE TO SHOW BEAUTY COMES IN ALL SIZES
A few months after her sex-tape scandal, Kardashian posed nude in Playboy -- and no one was more enthusiastic about the pictorial than her mom!
The busty 5'2" brunette says it was important for her to do Playboy to show that women don't have to be anorexic to be beautiful.
"I'm not like all these like stick-skinny models that I see on the cover of all of these magazines, including Playboy," Kim recalls. "And I thought that it would be empowering. So I did it."

Yes, Kim most certainly had her 'Armenian' nose transformed, the one part of her father that she possessed. Now her smile looks like the Joker's from Batman. Her voice even changed, it's much softer. It's way obvious, and thought she was more unique b4. The Mom's the prettiest of the bunch, that's for sure!
Agree with Stephanie Jo. Her nose is so subtly done it's barely detectable. She also does way too much Botox. I dont know why, even though she's a sleazebag Kim has a naturally pretty face. All that makeup and her over the top hair extensions make her look like a p.o.rn star. Ugh.
I watched their show the first seaoson and found it entertaining but stopped watching afterward. Khloe is not only f.ugly, but she's a total beyotch to her mom and to stepdad Bruce Jenner. If these girls didn't have a famous sister (Kim) who became a celeb thanks to her disgusting sex tape, where would any of them be today? Especially Kloe, she would probably be a freakshow on the WWF like her lookalike, Chyna.
I think that every one is just hatteing because kim and her sisters are beautiful. who cares if she is fake did you pay for it? every one knows there is no such thing as natural beauty.

It seems blatant that depending on Kim's pose and the angle of the camera u can achieve anything, She looks practically the same as being a teenager. Obviously, she probably knows how to look after herself a little better (well, she has the money to) and plus she's grown into herself a little more than she would have as a teenager.

I love how the people defending Kim Kardashian come off as being
illiterate and so pretentious. Every person is entitled to their own opinion
on the Kardashians. Also to "Becca" there is such thing as natural beauty--you are
obviously the type of person that thinks being risque and cheap is beautiful. Just
because you may not have been blessed with natural beauty doesn't mean there is no such thing.
As for the Kardashias, they just need to stop oversexualizing themselves if they truly want people
to take them seriously.
