According to Expose’ Entertainment on Jan. 6, Kim Kardashian said to have a figure like hers, a full figure, it takes hard work and dedication. The “Keeping up the Kardashians” superstar credits her Atkins low carb diet and rigorous exercise to regaining her sexy figure within months of delivering her daughter North, her first child with her fiancé Kayne West.

When asked by TMZ what her secret to saying thin, she replied “No carbs, workout, and pure dedication”. The star is making plans to get more fit in 2014. She already set her goal and was seen on Jan. 3 at the gym sporting no make-up, working out.

Kim claims she gained a large amount of weight in her pregnancy due to her cravings. She said she craved 'cheese and chili cheese fries, and anything with cheese on it'. After North was born, the reality TV star stuck to a strict carbohydrate restricted diet and within six months she was looking smoking hot again. She admitted to indulging occasionally on her favorite treat. When asked what the treat was, she laughed and replied, “Krispy Kreme doughnuts, of course”.

Kim had a condition when pregnant called preeclampsia. It causes the body to swell and is generally an uncomfortable experience. Kim had this to say about her pregnancy and weight gain.
