In a new interview, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star opened up about Rob's issues and attempted to explain why she hasn't been supportive of Rob in the way that his other family members, including sister Khloe Kardashian, have.

"I try to encourage him, and once you don't make that change for so long ... my patience wears out," she explained during a recent taping of "Watch What Happens Live," according to an Aug. 13 report by TMZ.

During the appearance, Kardashian alleged that she and Rob are "so close" and referred to him as one of her "best friends," but on episodes of the show, it doesn't always seem that way. During the cast's recent trip to Taiwan, Kardashian and her family were seen sitting down to dinner, where they discusses Rob's failure to join them.

As they spoke of Rob and his issues, Kardashian sounded cold, slamming Rob for not doing something about his troubles and telling her family members she had lost sympathy for him. Khloe, on the other hand, had been living with Rob, and knew that his issues were much deeper than the others realized.

Also speaking to Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live," Kardashian revealed how she found out that her brother wouldn't be attending her and Kanye West's wedding -- despite the fact that he flew all the way to Europe to do so.

"He sent me a long email the morning of [the wedding] that he was going to leave. There was no fight," Kardashian explained, via Access Hollywood. "I just thought, 'You know what, this is my day, I'm not even going to worry about it. I hope he's OK,'" Kim told host Any Cohen. "I totally understand that he wouldn't want to see a lot of people if he was feeling uncomfortable… and you can only pray and wish that someone would not miss out on more memories in life, because life is about memories, so fix the problem."
