Kim Kardashian showed off her 50-pound weight loss in sexy bikini photos she posted to Instagram.
In the photos, Kardashian looks slim and healthy in a revealing black bikini, which she said belongs to her super-skinny younger sister, Kyle.
"Yep stole Kylie's bikini ... she's not getting it back," Kim wrote on the caption.
Kardashian has been maintaining her 50-pound weight loss with the low-carb, ketogenic -style Atkins diet and rigorous daily workouts. She gave birth to daughter North in June 2013 and regained her pre-baby body just six months later.
Kardashan's diet consisted of 2,000 calories and slashed daily carb intake to less than 60 net grams. Kim is less strict with her diet now that she's in the maintenance phase, but she still eats fewer carbs than she used to.
Kardashian's ketogenic diet combines proteins like fish, chicken, and meat; healthy fats like olive oil, avocados and nuts; lots of fresh vegetables, and some low-glycemic fruits like berries.
Kim also exercises daily, combining rigorous cardio workouts with strength-training. She is proud of the hard work she has put in, and slammed rumors that she got weight-loss surgery.
Kardashian recently got laser surgery to remove the stretch marks from her breasts, but denied getting plastic surgery on her breasts and nose. She recently slammed rumors that she got butt-implant plastic surgery to boost her rear after childbirth.
"I'm seeing all these nonsense tabloids claiming I have butt-implants injections," said Kim. "Get a life! Using pics of me 15 pounds skinnier (before I had my baby) comparing to me now!
"It sucks when people make up surgery or Photoshop lies when I am so disciplined and work so hard! I work out so hard and this was such a challenge for me but I did it. I'm so proud of my accomplishment and no one will take this away from me with fake (plastic surgery) reports!"
