Kim Kardashian is self-promoting her workout video again, but this time it wasn't her idea.
On her blog today, the American socialite and dashing beauty posted a fan video of two girls performing the Kim Kardashian "Fit in Your Jeans by Friday" workout.
Kim's fans wanted to show the world how easy it was to workout, get fit and look stylish. The two girls lined up next to each other in front of the TV set, donning black high heels and lipstick to manhandle the moves.
The girls submitted the video along with a note to Kim saying how much they've enjoyed their getting-healthy efforts.
"Only healthy and natural things in my body, no drinking during the week," Kim recanted the words of the girls mentions on her website.
The girls told Kim of her "gaining physical and mental balance and getting friends involved" - All things Kim can back and support.
"Fashionable!!" Kim wrote of the video. "Just be careful in those heels, ladies."
The videos are said to offer a quick paced workout full of squats and lunging to give a beautiful backside in five days. In conjunction with trainer Jen Galardi, Kim guides the viewer through key visualization techniques and Galardi includes a “No Cheat Check” to ensure proper form at your fingertips.
Kim added on her blog, "I love that they show how easy and fun it is- just grab a friend and make the most out of staying healthy!"
