Kim Kardashian is "fed up" with estranged husband Kris Humphries’ attempts to prove the reality star married him for TV ratings, according to the “New York Post” on March 14.
The 32-year-old TV personality alleges Humphries’ lawyer leaked testimony about scenes that were reshot, edited and staged on the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” reality series.
“KUWTK” show producer Russell Jay revealed in deposition docs obtained by “Life & Style” magazine that the famous proposal scene was reshot because Kardashian didn’t like the first take.
Jay also cited a scene where the reality star first informed her momager Kris Jenner that the marriage was troubled. The producer said under oath that the scene was actually shot after Kardashian had already filed for divorce.
“This is normal operating procedure on any reality show,” said one Kardashian source.
“None of this shows fraud, which is what Kris is trying to prove. His entire case is based on the premise that he is the stupidest person on the planet,” the source adds.
Meanwhile, Kardashian — who’s expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West — believes Humphries is simply seeking revenge. “He’s just trying to make her miserable,” says the source.
Kardashian and Humphries' divorce trial is scheduled to begin on May 6.
