Kim Kardashian drops pounds with Atkins diet

Kim Kardashian has dropped major pounds using the Atkins diet and an exercise regimen, Hollywood Life reported on Dec. 11.

According to the report, Kim’s big weight loss is due in large part to her low carb diet, along with a strict work out plan.

“She wakes up and does more than 100 squats every single morning,” an insider reveals. “Even now, when she can wear the things she did before her pregnancy, she still wants to tone her body.”

Kim Kardashian has been very aware of her weight since her pregnancy when she was called out and teased by tabloids and fans alike for her weight gain.

Kardashian revealed during an episode of her reality show that she couldn’t wait to get back in shape and possibly pose for Playboy to show off her post-baby body.
