The pregnant star dressed her growing baby bump in a black belted lace gown and black leather leggings for Saturday's premiere of Tyler Perry's new flick "Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor." By belting the empire waist dress, Kim accentuated her bump and revealed just how fast it's growing. “It’s kinda popped. Can’t really hide it,” she told E! News on the red carpet.

The movie premiere also marked the first time Kim Kardashian, who co-stars in the movie as a marriage counselor, has made a public appearance since she was rushed to the hospital over fears of a miscarriage. She says she followed doctors orders to slow down her hectic schedule and give herself time for some R & R. " “I took a week off just to rest. It was amazing to rest.”
The five months pregnant "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star attended the event solo. Her boyfriend and baby daddy, Kanye West, skipped the red carpet premiere.
