Kim Kardashian doesn't eat after 7 pm; Will launch NYC reality spinoff

Kim Kardashian, who turns 30 on Oct. 21, has learned to accept her curves and no longer starves herself to an attempt to fit into an unrealistic size zero.

"She's happy," a source tells Now. "She's about to turn 30 and has found the self-acceptance that comes with that age."

But the self-acceptance hasn't come without some hurdles. Kim recently swore off Botox after an allergic reaction to the injections gave her two black eyes.

Kardashian, who once confessed that she cried during puberty when her breasts suddenly grew, revealed she had been teased for her large backside.

Ironically, her voluptuous curves are now her trademark, and what has made her one of the most envied bodies in Hollywood.

'KIM WAS KILLING HERSELF TO BE A SIZE ZERO'

Kim, who split from NFL star Reggie Bush last year, and recently dated pro football player Miles Austin and soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, stays fit by working out several times a week with celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson and by cutting back on junk food.

"Kim was killing herself trying to be a size 0," says a source. "She was obsessively counting every calorie, doing insane amounts of cardio and taking diet supplements. Then she realized: I'm not meant to be a size 0 and I look better if I'm not.''

Her personal trainer agrees. "Kim eats real food," says Gunnar. "She eats carbs and some sugar but she doesn't do it after 7pm -- that's her secret.

And Kardashian, who previously hated exercise, now enjoys being active. "She loves her workouts!" says Peterson.

KIM AND KOURTNEY TO LAUNCH NYC REALITY SPINOFF

Meanwhile, Kim and sister Kourtney, 31, will begin shooting their third reality show in Tribeca, N.Y. on Oct. 8.

The series will be spinoff of their hit Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and will chronicle the sisters as they attempt to open a clothing boutique in Manhattan.

A source told the NYPost that Kourtney, her boyfriend Scott Disick and their baby Mason will live in a Tribeca penthouse during the three-month shoot, with plans of relocating the family to New York permanently.
