Kris Humphries has been delaying divorce proceedings from Kim Kardashian for a while. Now, that Kim is pregnant, Kris’s attorney stated that her surprise pregnancy has put an unfair bias on the legal proceedings. Kim has been under so much stress that she started having severe pains.
TMZ reports that Kim Kardashians' doctor thinks Kim’s unborn baby may be at risk because of the stress Kris Humphries is causing by dragging out their divorce. Sources told TMZ that Kim called her doctor in the middle of the night to come to the house because she was having severe pains. The doctor examined her, but then warned he believed the problems were largely stress related. The doctor warned that Kim needs to get rid of the stress or else there could be long-term effects.
Kris is certainly giving Kim a hard time. Kris filed legal documents in Feb 2013, disputing the urgency of the divorce. In a report on Hollywood life, Kris complained about Kim getting pregnant in the middle of divorce proceedings. Marshall Waller, Kris’s lawyer, filed documents stating, “What is really going on here is that urgency in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something Humphries had nothing to do with, is perceived by Kim as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial.”
A source has told US Magazine, “It’s sad Kris is playing this game. Kim doesn’t think he can be happy until he moves on.”
