Kim Kardashian was noticeably missing from photos taken at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. According to a Sept. 22 report by Cosmopolitan, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner appeared together at the event. They got to hang out with big stars like Miley Cyrus, but apparently this wasn't good enough for Kim—she spent her Saturday night hanging out with Kanye West, P Diddy, and Oprah.
Since every Kardashian girl attended the iHeartRadio Music Festival except Kim, it's hard not to wonder if she's actively trying to distance herself from her sisters. Some sources have claimed that Kim is completely trying to revamp her image now that she's had a child with Kanye West. She allegedly doesn't want to film "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" anymore, and she's trying to become more "high fashion" by hiring Sarah Jessica Parker's publicist. Her ultimate goal is to score a Vogue cover, which is something that's been elusive for her even though Kanye is friends with Anna Wintour.
Kim Kardashian is obviously thrilled about the company she gets to keep because of her relationship with Kanye, but she's trying to act cool so that she'll fit in. When she shared the Instagram photo of herself hanging out with Oprah and P Diddy, she captioned it, "Oh no big deal." But of course this was a very big deal for her.
Kim might be growing away from her sisters, but they'll probably remain on the Hollywood radar without her. Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner didn't look like they were missing Kim as they posed for photos with Miley Cyrus at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, and perhaps Kim would have been a buzzkill had she attended the event with them—she might not approve of Miley since the singer is such a big tabloid darling, and this is exactly what she's trying to stay away from.
So do you think that the Kardashian empire will start to crumble without Kim?
