Kim Kardashian appears in the TMZ.com video below with Reggie Bush going through the drive-thru of a fast food joint OTHER than Karls Jr., where she has an endorsement deal. It appears the couple is riding in a Lincoln Town Car limousine, and admittedly, only Reggie is visible.
