Despite earlier reports, Kardashian and West are not yet married, but they soon will be, and the event is sure to be one to remember.

"There are only 100 guests invited. It is only their closest friends and family," an insider revealed to E! News on May 7. "The couple had to be very selective and cut it off at no work friends no matter how close or cherished."

Although Kardashian and West have both worked with many people throughout their years in showbiz, they knew that if they started inviting their business associates, things could get really large, and that's simply not what they wanted. Instead, they will celebrate their marriage with those closest to them.

Kardashian and West became engaged in Oct. 2013 at San Francisco's AT&T Park where West surprised Kardashian with an orchestra and asked him to marry her on the big screen. The pair have been together since 2012 and welcomed their first child together, daughter North West, on June 15, 2013.

Last week, it was reported that Kardashian and West had applied for their marriage license in Los Angeles, and that they later tied the knot in a private ceremony this past weekend, but a source close to the couple assured E! News that the pair hadn't yet wed, saying that reports to the contrary were "not true."

E! News also reported that Bruce Jenner will be escorting Kardashian down the aisle.

During a January appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Kardashian opened up about her upcoming wedding, and how she and West have come together for the planning processes.

"He knows what he wants and I love that about him," Kardashian said at the time. "We're kind of taking different roles—he'll take care of the music, I'll take care of the seating chart—so we're making it really easy on each other." Asked if West will rap his vows, the twice-married star replied, "I don't think so."

Also on Wednesday, Kardashian took to Twitter where she silenced rumors of her wedding being filmed for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"We are not filming our wedding for Keeping Up With The Kardashians," she told fans. "You will see everything leading up til and after!"
