This purchase is just in time to prepare for the arrival of their new baby in six months. The sprawling 10,000 square-foot mansion was reported by TMZ to be purchased weeks ago - before the announcement of the pregnancy. Which was announced before New Year's Eve concert in Atlantic City by West. Kim later confirmed the news on her blog titled new year new beginnings. The couple immediately began renovating the residence to add an additional 4,000 square feet of space. It is an Italian themed villa. Some of many luxurious amenities include a hair and makeup salon, movie theater, gym, bowling alley, basketball court, indoor pool and an outdoor pool.
