Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are supposed to be getting married on May 24, but they are having problems. They apparently can’t agree on the details of their prenuptial agreement. According to TMZ, the prenuptial agreement may not be signed until next week and if for some reason it is not signed, then the wedding will be postponed until both parties are happy.

A source told TMZ that this prenuptial agreement is complicated and it became more so when Kanye changed management.

This prenuptial agreement is the opposite from the one that Kim had with Kris Humphries. As they hammered out the details of theirs, they couldn’t agree on anything. TMZ reports that it was marked with bickering, pettiness and contempt. Kim’s marriage to Kris lasted 72 days. Their divorce took over a year to be finalized.

In 2000, Kim eloped with her first husband Damon Thomas. The marriage ended in a messy divorce where Kim accused Damon of abuse and he alleged that Kim was a “compulsive shopper.”

The prenuptial agreement between Kim and Kanye seem to be friction free. That could mean that Kim and Kanye's marriage may last longer than Kim's other marriages.
