Kim and Kanye bought a mansion together in a gated community in Bel Air. On Jan. 8, Kimye dropped $11 million on a new pad where they will live with their new baby -- due some time late spring or early summer. According to Us Weekly, the couple looked at the home last week. They made an offer on the place and while their offer was accepted, the lovebirds are not ready to move in just yet.
"Although the original house is 10,000 square feet [the] couple plan to tear down the original structure to build a 14,000 square-foot Italian-style villa featuring a gym, movie theater, hair and makeup salon, bowling alley, basketball court and indoor and outdoor pools," TMZ reports (via Us Weekly).
When Kim and Kanye buy a mansion together, one would expect the two plan to be together for the long haul. It seems clear that Kanye would have already asked Kim for her hand in marriage if she wasn't still married to her ex, Kris Humphries. Since the couple is expecting their first child together, it is obvious that they want to live together and raise their little one as a family.
Hopefully the construction of their new "villa" will be complete before the spring. It's only a matter of time before Kim K starts nesting and everyone knows her nursery is going to be amazing.
