The Kim K post baby diet probably won't surprise you as the reality star is determined to get her body back. On Aug. 22, E! Online reported that Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, is speaking out about her daughter's diet and exercise plan -- and it's fairly simple.
"She's trying to take it healthy. I think she's an inspiration to people that have to realize that you don't just have a baby and boom you just have your body back on Friday," said Kris Jenner. She went on to explain that Kim is nursing her daughter, North, and that she's nesting and just enjoying her time being a mother. The body will come in time and it sounds like Kim has accepted that.
Kim K post baby diet isn't extreme and it doesn't sound like Kim is obsessed with losing weight and getting back to her previous size. Of course she wants to get there, but she's a mom now and she's actually focusing on the well-being of her baby -- and her relationship with beau Kanye West. It's actually a refreshing change of pace for Kim.
Kris has spoken out a few times about Kim's new life as a mom and it sounds like she's really happy. She's taking things day by day and really staying in touch with the bond that she continues to form with her newborn. It's like she's just a mom and nothing else.
