Kim Kardashian is speaking out about her difficult pregnancy and losing weight after the baby. On Jan. 20, Yahoo shared about how hard her pregnancy was and the diet she found that helped her to lose the weight really fast.

Kim said that haters were all over her for gaining weight during her pregnancy. She had pre-eclampsia and didn't even realize it. This caused her to swell up a lot during the pregnancy and look bigger than she actually was but she did obviously still gain weight.

Kim also said she cried a lot during her pregnancy. She delivered North West early and it was not the smoothest time for her. Kanye was very supportive during the time though.

She has used the Atkins diet to lose weight and it works for her. Kim said that this helped her to lose weight, but not feel hungry all of the time so it worked for her. If you check out Kim now, you would never know that she recently had a baby.
