Kim Jong-Un gets a pig snout: North Korea's Twitter account was hacked

North Korea actually has Twitter accounts, and hackers have hit both of the main accounts Thursday. According to an April 4 report on TPM, The North’s Uriminzokkiri Twitter and Flickr accounts, usually used for propaganda, included a creative picture of Kim Jong-Un's round face with a pig snout! He had a drawing of Mickey Mouse on his chest. Underneath the photo, the text was:

“Threatening world peace with ICBMs and Nuclear weapons/Wasting money while his people starve to death.”

Another post was a calling card of “Anonymous,” the group of activist hackers who do similar things worldwide to make a statement. They have claimed to have compromised over 15,000 user accounts hosted on the official website of North Korea, Uriminzokkiri.com, and other websites.

The North Korean leader/dictator, Kim Jong-Un is currently threatening nuclear attacks against South Korea, Guam, Hawaii, and the mainland United States. While many experts do not see concrete movement that indicates his threats are any more than bluffing, the United States government is taking Kim Jong-Un seriously due to reactivation of North Korea’s nuclear facility.
