Kim debuted 43 lb weight loss just four months after giving birth to her daughter, North, and some are wondering how she took off the weight so quickly. You see Kim actually recently lost the weight after she was "completely destroyed" by the media. On Oct. 23, The National Ledger reported that Kim used her haters as motivation and kicked up her diet to get her figure back.
"I haven't exercised a whole lot so far, just because I've been busy with the baby and I don't want to leave her. I still have some [baby weight] to go. Atkins worked for me and I don't feel tempted to eat a bunch of junk food. It's just about staying healthy - it will come off," Kim said recently.
Kim Kardashian's 43 lb loss has been rather gradual and she still has a bit more to lose before her body is back in tip top shape. Kim looks great in some outfits but heavier in others and she has gotten her fair share of criticism over her weight. She doesn't seem too concerned about losing weight but she is taking all the right steps to get there and that's really all that matters.
People put so much pressure on celebrities to lose weight after giving birth. That probably stems from the model-types that bounce back to a size 0 just weeks after giving birth.
Kim and her 43 lb loss is just the beginning. She will get where she needs to be even if it takes a few more months. Do you think Kim looks good?
