Dolphins armed with knives and pistols attached to their heads, and trained to kill "enemy combat swimmers" have escaped from their trainers and are now swimming freely out in the ocean, unchecked.
World Net Daily reported on Tuesday, that a total of 5 dolphins escaped. However, two of them have already returned.
The dolphins, reportedly, were trained by the Ukrainian navy, although - according to WND - the Ukrainian Defense Ministry is denying the reports.
Experts speculate that the reason the dolphins escaped was to find mates. It was reported that in the past, it's been typical for these trained dolphins to go out in search of mates, but return within a week, more or less.
These dolphins, however, have been gone considerably longer, with no sign of their return.
Apparently, the former Soviet Union began this type of animal training in the early 70's, before its collapse.
Perhaps, a good question to ask is "How, exactly, does a dolphin pull the trigger on a pistol attached to its head?"
