Demanding Equal justice and no Double Standards in the Justice system doesn't even remotely equate to whining about Victimisation. The complaints about the way this was handled have to do with a 'Broken" Justice Dept. that is Run by Obama appointees. It smacks of "reparations" being applied through the court system. My understanding is that this "Piece of Sh.. (I mean work)" WAS convicted, and that in the punishment phase was overruled from above.
The Rules about how to apply "Justice" are comming down from Obama and Holder.

With any luck and God's blessing we will get rid of this president by voting him out in 2012 and he can go back to the "hood" in Chicago and do what he does best--gaming the system.
