Tim Kring, the creator of the once great Heroes, and American hero Jack Bauer himself Kiefer Sutherland return to TV with the all new series Touch.
Touch follows the story of a widowed father Martin Bohm who is haunted by the inability to connect with his emotionally challenged son Jake. He has tried everything to reach Jake, but he doesn’t speak, shows little emotion, and never lets anyone touch him including his father. Due to his inability to connect Jake is placed in foster care despite his father’s objections. When Martin meets an expert on children with special gifts, Martin learns that Jake possesses an extraordinary gift—the ability to perceive the seemingly hidden patterns that connects every life on the planet. Martin realizes that it’s his job to decipher these numbers and recognize their meaning. As he puts the pieces together, he will help people across the world connect as their lives intersect according to the patterns Jake has foreseen and Martin’s quest to connect with his son will shape humanity’s destiny.
Besides star Kiefer Sutherland, the series also stars David Mazouz, Danny Glover, and Gug Mbatha-Raw.
Touch premieres a special preview on January 25th during 24’s old time slot, with the series scheduled to start on March 19th.
