A new official trailer was just released today for "The Confession" starring "24's" uber badass Kiefer Sutherland aka Jack Bauer as a hitman in this new webisodic adventure on Hulu. "The Confession" brings Keither Sutherland to the small screen at least. How much have we missed seeing Kiefer Sutherland "24" shooting bad guys and taking names? Answer, too much. In March the wait is over when Sutherlands new webisodic adventures as a professional hitman who visits a preist (John Hurt - Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows) on Christmas Eve. In the confessional he talks about the man he just killed and the one he's about to kill. The clips in the gallery shows the gritty dialogue between the pair and dare we say it, will remind you of Sutherland as Jack Bauer. "The Confession" will consist of 10 - five to seven minute webisodes with a helluva twist reports EW.com

Sutherland talked to Lynette Rice exclusively about how the series was shot in only nine days in New York during that recent huge snow storm and that he had to call in a whole lot of favors to come in at the small budget the webisode has. "All of us believe very strongly that the internet is the future, the largest network in world, with the ability to reach a big audience.” Source. EW.com

Kiefer Sutherland also reassured his "24" fans that the movie is still in the works with 20th Century Fox. He also confessed that he misses the day to day grind of "24" even though at the time he complained about it. Enjoy Sutherland talking about the project in an interview here.

Chris Young, CEO of Digital Broadcasting Group gave EW this statement, ""The Confession" sets a precedent for what is possible in original webisodic content. Never before has something of this magnitude and motion picture quality come to the third screen. I'm thrilled to be working with such A-list talent and top-tier sponsors to finally capture and crystallize the seismic shift in how content of this caliber is released, distributed and enjoyed by an audience that will rival that of a hit television series."
