Kids eat free at St. Petersburg eateries

Need a little time away from the kitchen, but don’t want to spend a fortune on kid’s meals?  “Kids eat free” nights are a wonderful way to get out and feed the family without going into debt. Several national chains offer these deals as a way to bring in more customers during the slow economy.  Some are even moving toward deals that offer 2 kids meals with the purchase of 1 adult meal.

Monday
Cody’s Roadhouse offers a kids-eat-free deal for kids 10 and under on Monday and Tuesday nights.  Up to 2 kids free per adult entree purchased.

Tuesday
Tuesday night is family night at Chick-Fil-A.  From 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., Chick-Fil-A offers a free kid’s meal (4-pack of nuggets) with the purchase of any adult combo meal.  Chick-Fil-A 4th St. sponsors special family programs on Tuesdays.  Call 502-9402 for details.

Beef O’Brady’s extends their kids-eat-free deal to children ages 10 and under for any item off the kid’s menu.  1 free kid’s entree for every adult entree purchased.

St. Petersburg Ale House offers kids 12 and under a free meal with the purchase of an adult meal.  7901 Martin Luther King St. N. (9th St. N)

Denny’s offers families a break between 4 and 10 p.m.  The offer includes 2 children’s meals (10 and under) for every adult entree purchased.

Cody’s Roadhouse offers the same deal as on Mondays.

Wednesday

Thursday
It’s not “free” but kids 12 and under can eat at Piccadilly for 99-cents all day Thursday and from 11-4 on Saturday with the purchase of an adult meal.

Friday
See the “All Week” deals below.

Saturday
Steak ‘n Shake’s offer is for dine-in only.  Kids 12 and under eat free all weekend with the purchase of an adult meal.  Drinks and shakes are not included.

Piccadilly continues their 99-cent deal between 11 a.m  and 4 p.m.

Sunday
Midtown Sundries in downtown St. Petersburg has family day on Sundays from 11 a.m until close.  Kids 12 and under can have anything off the kid’s menu free. Limit 2 children per adult.

Steak ‘n Shake offers the same deal as on Saturday.

All week
Kids 12 and under eat free from 4-8 p.m. at IHOP.  One kids’ menu item per adult entree purchased.

Kids 12 and under eat free after 3 p.m. at Perkins (excluding holidays).  One kids’ menu item per adult entree purchased.
