Two kidnapped brothers were found in Miami after an exhaustive search. The brothers were reportedly taken by an acquaintance of their mother Monday night (Feb. 4), but weren't recovered till Tuesday (Feb. 5). According to a report on the incident, the woman who took the children is being identified as "Gloria," and they found her with the two kids in her car.
The odd development in this case is that the police have let the woman go. They also haven't charged her with a crime, but could do so at a later date. With no suspect under arrest, it starts to raise some questions about what exactly took place in this case. The woman showed up at the house of the children and told the babysitter that she had to take them, which sparked the search for the brothers soon after.
The mere fact that the two kidnapped brothers have been found is a great accolade for the local authorities. They have reunited two kids with their mother with very little information to go off of. In fact, they couldn't even issue an Amber Alert because not enough information about the suspect vehicle was known. This probably isn't the last that the public will hear about this case, though, especially with some information seemingly missing about the suspect.
