Los Angeles hip hop artist and producer Kidd Upstairs is at it again with his latest release "Went Down" produced by Hippie Sabotage. The new release is the lead single off of his upcoming project KVSHMIR II, and the early numbers on this song are signaling another hit for the 24-year-old artist.

Kidd Upstairs' latest creation, "Went Down", which was produced by adept production duo Hippie Sabotage, was released Tuesday on iTunes as well as several media outlets showing serious viral potential. The new release has already received over 77,000 plays on soundcloud, in just two days of being uploaded, with no signs of slowing down.

The Hippie Sabotage produced track features a familiar barrage of synths from the production duo, complimented with trippy vocals and then cemented by the industry quality lyricism from Kidd Upstairs. As the track looks to clear 100,000 plays within a week of being uploaded, the single is laying a solid foundation for the young artist ahead off his highly anticipated release of KVSHMIR II.
