Labor Day weekend is right around the corner, and if you don't feel like cooking all of the food yourself this year, Untitled has a holiday weekend celebration that will deliver great food and entertainment.
This year's event kicks off on August 30 and runs through September 1, and features a delicious BBQ menu cooked up by Chef Joseph Heppe. You will be able to feast on Slagel Farms St. Louis Ribs with bourbon BBQ sauce, which will be available by the full, half, and Chef's rack portions. BBQ Wagyu Brisket will be served by full and half pound portions, and you can add any of several mouthwatering sides, including the bourbon baked beans and pickled banana pepper slaw. With such generous portion sizes, you may want to bring a friend or five with you to celebrate the holiday weekend.
Live music will delight everyone sitting on the newly opened patio, with performances Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights. The Sunday Soul Brunch will also be held at its regular time during the weekend-long celebration.
The showcase event of the weekend, Beer-lesque, will happen Friday, August 30, with craft beers provided by the Deschutes Brewery of Oregon. Guests will be able to try one of several different beers, including the Deschutes Mirror Pond Ale and the Chainbreaker White IPA. A burlesque show will follow the tasting, and will feature performances from the Dolls of Doom Burlesque troop.
The everyday menu at Untitled will be available every day of the event, so you won't miss out on any of your favorites. Untitled is the premier Chicago supper club, creating the feel of Chicago's bygone Prohibition-era ambiance. You can find more information at the Untitled website. Untitled is located at 111 W. Kinzie Street.
