Boyd Tinsley, best known as the Dave Matthews Band's energetic and talented violinist, is instrumental with bringing the film, Faces in the Mirror, from labor of love to completed project.
Friday, Feb. 8, just in time to kick off Grammy week, the W Hollywood located at 6250 Hollywood Boulevard, will be holding a complementary screening of the film, Faces in the Mirror, at 7 p.m. (smart and chic attire preferred).
This film is unique in that Boyd Tinsley and his co-collaborators recorded the film's score before doing any filming. They allowed the score to guide the movie. Also, there is very little dialogue in the movie, making way for the music and the images to speak for the film. The overriding theme of the film is the grief of losing a loved one.
There will also be live performances by Boyd Tinsley and Kelley James at the event. Tickets are first come first served. Please arrive to the W early to guarantee admission.
As in true early Dave Matthews Band early days style, please feel free to share this invitation with others.
W Hollywood hotel is very conveniently accessible by Los Angeles' Metro Red Line at the Hollywood/Vine station. What would be better than that?
