Khloe Kardashian has been trying to move on from her failed marriage to Lamar Odom and she has been doing so by working out at the gym. She has been tweeting pictures from the gym for quite some time and it appears that she loves working out. Of course, looking great is the best form of revenge. However, it appears that she is taking things very far and friends appear to be worrying about her health. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Feb. 20, Khloe Kardashian is following a strict diet and workout routine, which could be damaging to her health.

Apparently, Khloe has already lost lots of weight and she is concerning people around her. “Khloe’s doing morning fasting and doesn’t eat a single thing until around 2pm,” a source has revealed about Khloe’s diet. “She only has a small piece of chicken or a can of tuna and steamed veggies for lunch, snacking on celery until dinner when she has a protein shake and more vegetables,” adds the source. “She’s not in a good place,” says a pal. “Her self-esteem took such a hit when she broke up with Lamar.”

Apparently, she has been taking in low-calorie foods, such as vegetables and tuna. She hasn’t been focusing so much on everything else, as she has just been eating 400 calories per day. She can get away with this by eating vegetables and canned tuna, for example.

Hopefully this isn't true, as many young women look up to Khloe and her healthy body image. What do you think of this story?
