Khloe Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom reportedly checked into rehab on Wednesday following a string of troubles allegedly stemming from his drug addiction. But sources revealed to “In Touch” weekly magazine on Sept. 5, the NBA star agreed to treatment to save his career, not his marriage.
“Last I heard, if he was going to agree to get help it's purely to save his career, not because Khloé wanted him to,” a source tells the mag. “His people, mainly his agent and lawyer, told him it's the only way to get out of the DUI and save his career and keep a possible spot on the Lakers.”
Meanwhile, Khloe has apparently distanced herself from Lamar due to his multiple cheating scandals and reported drug use. The insider also says the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star may not have participated in the plan for Lamar's treatment.
“They are all keeping it very quiet, I don’t even think Khloé was a part of it because none of her people seemed to know he was already checked in.”
