Khloe Kardashian Odom is probably thrilled that the tabloid focus has shifted from rumors of Robert Kardashian not being her biological father over to news of her taking a radio shift at Dallas' MIX 102.9.
Khloe had a similar show on Miami's Y100 in 2009 that aired four times, Khloe After Dark. But, the Dallas version might end up sounding a bit different. It will still involve song requests and celebrity guests, but the new show airs during the workday rather than overnight, which means stricter FCC rules. And, the actual stations formats are different and have different audiences. Miami's Y100 station is CHR (Contemporary Hit Radio) with a younger demographic than Mix 102.9 in Dallas, which is Hot AC (Adult Contemporary).
There's no word on how long The Mix Up with Khloe Kardashian Odom is set to last. For now, Khloe's new show is strictly being broadcast in Dallas. But Houstonians and other fans around the US can listen when the show debuts on Monday via I Heart Radio.
