Khloe Kardashian has given Lamar Odom an ultimatum, get help or get out. Sources say Khloe is insistent that Lamar complete rehab before he can move back home. Apparently Odom's DUI arrest Friday in Van Nuys was the last straw for Kardashian, who has kicked him to the curb before, according to TMZ on Sunday, Sept. 1.
Khloe, 29, kicked her 33-year-old husband Lamar out just over a week ago, and then he supposedly went missing on a drug binge for nearly three days.
However, Odom eventually resurfaced and returned to the couple's home. But now that he's been arrested for the DUI, sources close to the situation say Kardashian isn't backing down this time on the rehab stint.
Odom was arrested Friday for driving too slowly on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley. Lamar reportedly failed field sobriety tests administered after officers noticed he appeared intoxicated.
The NBA star then refused to take a chemical test, which means he automatically loses his driving privileges for one year, according to Us Weekly.
Inside sources say Lamar didn't even call Khloe after the arrest Friday. Khloe didn't find out until TMZ broke the story hours later, and was understandably quite irate.
Several media outlets noted that Khloe and Lamar did spend time together Saturday at their Calabasas home. Lamar was even spotted out renting movies while wearing his wedding band.
However, in the photos taken of Lamar Saturday afternoon, he looks "haggard", and ironically he's sporting a Public Enemy t-shirt.
Apparently Kardashian didn't let him stay though, sending him away after about 4 hours. It's unknown whether Lamar returned to his supposed L.A. bachelor pad, or holed up in a hotel.
Reports vary on what drug Odom is addicted to. Some say Oxycontin is his drug of choice, while others insist it's crack cocaine.
One source said the couple is at an impasse, with Khloe insisting on the rehab, while Lamar continues to resist.
The source added that the chances of saving their marriage are "grim".
