  I have always known that Obama was a traitor, but this takes the cake. When the so called president decided to consider all the facts before making a decision on afghanistan, I knew he was a nazi. When he decided that the people who murdered over 3,000 Americans should be held accountable for their crimes, I knew he was worse than a Nazi, he's a Socialist Nazi. This is even worse than hoping an American city would host the olympics! This is treason!

  I f you watched Fox News, you would know that finding this guy guilty will make the terrorists target us. Is that what you want? America to get blown up? We can't have a trial! Not now, not ever. Thank God for Fox News. Get this crazy out of the White House.

  What a frightened group of people, who want to give up our constitution, presume guilt, and deny our rule of law because they are so scared of terrorism. That is giving terrorists a victory -- if we deny our principles out of fear, then we a precedent. The government can declare anyone an enemy of the state, deny rights, presume guilt, and our freedom will erode. If we out of fear do not hold a real, legal trial, then we are truly a nation of cowards. We are not "at war" (only Congress can declare war), and we need not live in fear. The right wing is showing itself to be a scared, set of pathetic children.

  Scott Erb, like so many of his persuasion, refuse to sort through the facts and dimensions of concern, working toward a reasonable conclusion. Instead, they remain enslaved to the narrative, defending anything and everything Obama and the Left propose or execute, choosing also to simply descend to mere personal attack, stereotyping half the country as pathetic children. Perhaps a case of the pot calling the kettle black?
  BTW: about 65% of the people oppose Obama's move to try KSM in New York. Why are you oblivious to the facts? One, the guy should rightly be tried by the military because he is an enemy combatant with a long history prior to 9/11, a self-decribed enemy combatant by the way. Can you explain why Obama himself promoted the idea of a military proceeding for KSM in 2006? Was Obama at that time a pathetic child, an enemy of the Constitution? Furthermore, both Obama and Holder have already presumed KSM's guilt, because he CONFESSED!
