Actor Kevin Spacey and costars celebrated the Netflix “House of Cards” New York premiere and after party at Alice Tully Hall on January 30, 2013 in New York City.
Joining Spacey at the premiere and after party were costars Robin Wright, Michael Gill, Mahershala Ali, Sakina Jaffrey and Constance Zimmer.
A most interesting writeup on the House of Cards summarizes the plot of this TV series with “Francis Underwood is Majority Whip. He has his hands on every secret in politics - and is willing to betray them all to become President.” The series also stars Jaclyn Jones, Reuel Pendleton and Sandrine Holt.
For the premiere and after party, Kevin Spacey, Michael Kelly, Michael Gill and Mahershala Ali all looked dapper in their suits, while actress Robin Wright dressed down just a tad in her monochrome black pants ensemble with cardigan.
Costars Constance Zimmer and Sakina Jaffrey also chose black for the evening, looking lovely in their black dresses.
Joining them at the premiere and after party were sisters Kate Mara and Rooney Mara, looking lovely in their silver lace dress and black pants ensemble, respectively.
Also attending the premiere and after party were other costars and A-listers including Victor Garber, Kristen Connelly, Jamie Colby, Carla Gugino, Sandrine Holt, Taylor Schilling, Samantha Mathis, Josh Lucas, Netflix CCO Ted Sarandos and Ambassador Nicole Avant.
