Walmart drunk driver, Kevin Roper, is sick and tired of being blamed for the Tracy Morgan accident, TMZ is reporting. The driving drunkard has taken to Twitter to vent his frustration over the charges related to the six-vehicle New Jersey accident involving actor and comedian Tracy Morgan last week. "I wish it was me and I can't express how horrible I feel," the truck driver stated.

Kevin Roper denies allegations that he was high or intoxicated the night of the accident and believes that he was only charged because the accident involved a famous person. According to Roper, the charges came about only after the news media outlets doggedly pursued the story. Roper, who was arrested for the 6-vehicle mash up, also denies that he was sleep-deprived the night that he crashed into Tracy Morgan's SUV.

Someone tweeting from the account also stated that he is being used as a scapegoat and realizes that he will go down for the crime, even though no crime was committed, believes Roper. Tracy Morgan is still in the hospital recovering from his injuries, according to CBS-New York.
