The downloadable game “Kersploosh!” is now available for download on the Nintendo 3DS eShop, according to Nintendo’s official website. This title was released on this day, March 7, 2013 at a price of $2.99. The game was originally announced during the Nintendo Direct that aired on February 14, 2013.
“Kersploosh!” is a title that places the player in control of an object falling into a well. The object that the player controls can be one of many items, including stones, watermelons, and raindrops (and many others). The object of the game is to go as far down the well as possible without colliding with objects that are blocking the way. Each time the player collides with something, their HP will drop. Once the player’s HP reaches zero, they will lose that round. The player is scored primarily on how quickly they are able to reach the bottom of the well.
As the player completes wells, they will unlock the additional objects that were previously mentioned. Each of these objects controls differently, such as falling faster or moving side to side slower. Some objects are also more fragile or sturdy than others. Players will also unlock more challenging wells as they progress. Players can also use SpotPass to share their times with other players they encounter in the real world.
