On Feb. 6 Broadway World shares that world renowned sugar artist and cake decorator Kerry Vincent will be hosting Food Network's new show "Save My Bakery."

The show will follow troubled bakeries on the verge of shutting their doors as Kerry helps them revive their pastries, give their bakeries a face lift and help keep the families that own them at bay. For generations bakeries were the backbone of America and helped revolutionize the economy during the post war era. Many of today's bakeries have been around for a long time, and now many of them are on the verge of shutting their doors because of outdated recipes, and all these food carts that are popping up everywhere that specialize in cupcakes, donuts, or whatever else.

Kerry Vincent has a lot of expertise in managing a bakery and turning drab pastries into masterpieces, so she is a perfect fit for this job. She can help these families get back on their feet and start turning a profit like they need to be doing in order to stay in business.

"Save My Bakery" debuts March 19 at 8 pm. Will you be watching?
