American pro volleyball player and gold medalist Kerri Walsh gave birth on May 22 of this year to a beautiful baby boy.
But what about her beautiful baby body turnaround?
Kerri was recently spotted in Glendale, Arizona at the AVP Crocs Tour World Challenge sporting sleek abs and a 'wow' figure post-pregnancy.
Among Pilates, runs in the sand and resistance training, the USA Sand Queen serves up some stellar workout advice that keeps her prepped for competition and, apparently, bouncing back post-baby.
In a past interview with About.com, Walsh turns to Pilates, squats and shoulder exercises to keep her body in tune.
"We need to have very strong core muscles," said Walsh. "And Pilates is the very best workout for this. I love it!"
Pilates work is a contributing factor to Walsh's shedding of 36 pounds in pregnancy weight and is also a post-preggers weight drop trick shared by television's CSI actress Eva La Rue.
La Rue also dropped double-digit weight loss, clearing 37 pounds off her body post-birth.
Other celebrity Pilates fans include Megan Fox, Miley Cyrus, Anna Paquin, Karina Smirnoff and Courteney Cox Arquette.
