The rumored feud between Keri Hilson and Beyonce (or, at the very least, the rumored jealousy of Keri Hilson towards Beyonce) has been on-going for years. It’s at least been sifting through the world of music since 2009, when Keri dropped the “Turnin’ Me On” remix that many felt dissed Beyonce (and Ciara) with its lyrics.

Here’s a sampling of what Keri said on that track:
I ain't tryin’ to start some mess/There's just somethin’ on my chest that I need to get off/Cause you turnin’ me off/Your vision cloudy if you think that you're the best/You can dance she can sing but she need to move it to the...(don't do it em)/She need to go have some babies/She needs to sit down, she fake
Keri has been asked about the lyrics several times since then, and has denied (for the most part) that the “Turnin’ Me On” remix was a Beyonce diss record.
So let’s fast forward to the Soul Train Awards 2011, where on the red carpet, Keri Hilson was asked to hold up the latest copy of Juicy magazine to promote their publication (something Juicy asked several other celebrities to do, which they obliged).
Story: Complete list of winners at the Soul Train Awards
Keri first seems willing to play along, asking the Juicy reporter, “Yeah, who’s that?,” in regards to the magazine cover girl.
The cover girl is, of course, Beyonce.
“No, I can’t do that — I’m sorry,” Hilson tells the reporter, pushing the magazine away.
Elaborate setup by Juicy to get Keri upset? Or does Keri really have ill will towards Beyonce?
In fairness to Keri, she was asked to comment on Beyonce’s pregnancy in August (which you can watch to your left), and Hilson had nothing but good things to say. She said Beyonce and Jay-Z did it the right way (marriage first, children second), and were a shining example of black love for young people.

And judge for yourself.
