Keri Hilson only proved what has been rumored for months about her relationship with Beyonce. At the Soul Train Awards red carpet, airing on the BET network Sunday night, the singer who has denied having a beef with Beyonce showed everyone that there is an issue between the two artists after all when she refused to deal with a magazine cover showing Beyonce. Sexy dressed and ready to enjoy the red carpet, Hilson was mingling with the press when she came to Juicy Magazine.
Asking artists to do a shout out for their magazine, most obliged with the request. It appeared that Keri Hilson would be doing the same that is until she saw the cover. On the front was Beyonce with Jay Z and in an instant, there was a change of heart. It has been said there is a conflict between the two with it being so negative the two artists can’t be in the same room or they get angered.
“Yeah, who’s that,” asks Keri Hilson rather gently confirming with the reporter that it was Beyonce on the cover. “No, I can't do that I'm sorry.”
While Keri Hilson does give the shout out as requested, it isn’t with the magazine like the other stars and she definitely doesn’t appreciate the idea someone else is on the cover the magazine. Especially someone who she doesn’t feel appreciates her music all that much.
