Kenya Moore mourns the death of her dog -- but did it really die?

Kenya Moore was seen crying over her dead dog, Velvet, on Sunday night's episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," but it may have been nothing more than good acting.

“It happened so fast. I let her outside and then I heard her screaming,” Moore said of the incident on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," according to an April 7 report by Radar Online. “I ran outside. She was on the other side of the gate. The dog had her in its mouth, dangling her.”

However, according to an April 7 report by Media Take Out, Moore's dog isn't dead, but alive and living with her friend Brandon in Los Angeles -- and there is evidence proving their claim.

Not only did Brandon debut a Velvet look-a-like six months ago, he actually posted a photo of his own dog and the Yorkie on Instagram with he caption, "Duke and Velvet," just three months ago -- which is said to have been well after the scene with Moore was shot!

According to MTO, filming on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" wrapped five months ago, two months before the photo was posted, which seems to be a confirmation that Moore's storyline was a complete fabrication.
