Kentucky Literary Newsletter

After more than eleven years as editor of the Newsletter, Charlie Hughes is handing over the reins to the good folks at Lexington's Carnegie Center for Literacy and Learning. You'll soon be receiving your first issue from them.

In the future your correspondence and information for the Kentucky Literary Newsletter should be sent to kylitnews@carnegiecenterlex.org. You may want to go ahead now, while you're thinking about it, and put this in your e-mail address book. And send any literary news or announcements you have for next month.

Today, the Newsletter has more than 2,300 subscribers. I believe the Newsletter has had a positive effect on Kentucky's literary atmosphere and tradition during my term as editor, and I am confident the Newsletter will continue to help promote a vibrant and innovative writing community.
